In our Phonics lessons, we will be learning about words containing the ‘ph’ digraph, such as ‘dolphin’ and ‘phone’. We will also be reading the words ‘Wednesday’ and ‘brother’ and writing the words ‘because’ and ‘different’.

This week in English, we will be starting to write a new adventure for Traction Man and will be finding words to describe the way Traction Man and other characters move.

In Maths, we will be continuing to learn about height and length and will be measuring objects using cubes and centimetres.

In Art, we will be creating wave pictures using poster paint.

In RE, we will be talking about some of the instructions that Jesus gave to his disciples and will start to discuss how Christians show their beliefs about Jesus’ death and resurrection in church worship at Easter.

In Computing, we will be continuing to look at ways to group objects together and comparing the size and composition of different groups.
