In our phonics lessons we will be learning about words containing the ‘ore’ trigraph, such as more, explore and adore. We will also be reading the words ‘other’ and ‘does’ and writing the words ‘scissors’ and ‘castle’.

In Maths we will be recognising and finding a quarter of an object and recognising and finding a quarter of a quantity.

This week in English we will be reading the story Meerkat Mail by Emily Gravett and learning how to write a postcard.

In RE, we will be learning about the Hindu story of Rama and Sita.

In Computing, the children will be consolidating what they have learnt about the word processing toolbar and will be editing a document.

Willow class has PE on Monday morning and Thursday morning. Please make sure that your child has their PE kit in school on these days.
