In Phonics, we will be learning to read and write words containing the ‘wh’ digraph (such as whale, wheel and white). We will also be reading the words ‘lived’ and ‘horse’ and writing the words ‘work’ and ‘house’.

In English, we will be continuing to write a fact fie about birds.

In Maths, we will be starting some work on addition. This will involve adding by counting on and using number facts that we know to help us find other number bonds.

In Computing, we will continue to use the Bee-Bots to move from one location to another.

In RE, we will be discussing how Christians put their beliefs into practice in the Church community and their own lives (for example giving to charity and saying sorry to God if they do something wrong). In Art, we will continue to mix poster paints to create different colours.
